Our action to Covid
Aqua Dive is making every effort to keep our staff and students safe. We really appreciate everyone's patience when you come to visit us.
As of February 8th the Alberta Government has opened up Stage 1. This means that we will be allowed to open our class and pool training again for 1 on 1 training only.

Staff and students will be required to wear a face mask during there visit in store and during classroom sessions, as well as traveling between common areas (stairs, hallways), changerooms and on the pool deck. When you are in the pool our instructors will let you know when you should keep your scuba mask on and regulator in. Don't worry we won't make you wear your face mask in the pool like Sandy!

As per health restrictions we will be keeping with a ratio of 1:1 instructor/student. We are also allowed 1 on 1 training for instructor/household. Classes will be taught in our larger classroom where there will lots of room to spread out. At this time there will be no drop in splashes. All courses and splashes will need to booked by appointment only.

Mouthpieces for you to keep
Disinfecting and cleaning is just business as normal for us, after all we do spit in our masks! Classes are spaced with time in between to allow the staff to proper clean and disinfect between classes. We provide spray bottles on the pool deck with disinfecting cleaner inside and Lysol wipes in the classrooms for instructors and students to use when they need to.

When you enroll in our Discover Scuba or Open Water course you will be given a new mouthpiece , we will teach you how to put them on the rental regulator and that regulator will be yours to use the entire time your taking the course. The mouthpiece will then be taken off for you to keep. For all other courses we do have new mouthpieces for you to purchase for 20% OFF, to use on the rental regulator if you need one.

VIP service with out VIP pricing! All courses will be private and there will be no over lapping between classes, to allow time for us to clean and the next student to come in. You will have the entire classroom and pool all to yourself, so space out and enjoy!

With every course we already fill out the Divers Medical Statement from PADI. In addition we will be having students fill out the COVID-19 Health Declaration Form. Please fill out all forms and questions honestly so we can continue teaching scuba to everyone.
